Welcome to STYLOGRAPHIC DESIGN
By engaging with STYLOGRAPHIC DESIGN, you agree to abide by our Terms and Conditions, which are designed to protect both parties. These terms may be updated periodically without prior notice; we recommend reviewing them regularly for any changes.
Payments and Refunds
Payment Schedule: All payments are required in advance for the upcoming month via pre-approved payment through our payment partner Stripe. Upon signing up, clients enter into a monthly rolling plan, with payments processed on or around the same day each month until the plan is canceled.
Initial Payment: The first payment will be processed within five (5) working days of sign-up and subsequently on the same date each month. To cancel your plan, please notify STYLOGRAPHIC DESIGN at least ten (10) working days before your next payment is due; otherwise, you will be liable for the next month's payment before termination of services.
Non-Payment: If payment is not received for the upcoming month for any reason, our services will be suspended immediately until payment is received. Should a Direct Debit payment fail due to insufficient funds, clients will incur a £25 administrative fee on their next invoice.
Refund Policy: STYLOGRAPHIC DESIGN does not offer refunds. Once a payment has been processed for the upcoming month, we begin preparing that month's content. In the event of mid-month cancellations, we will continue to work on content until the end of the client's monthly plan or cease work immediately upon request. Pro-rata refunds are not provided.
Onboarding: Should a client decide not to proceed with STYLOGRAPHIC DESIGN following our onboarding and initial draft, the first month's payment will be used to cover the cost of our research and content creation
Copyright and Ownership
Content Ownership: All content created by STYLOGRAPHIC DESIGN for clients (including videos and images) is copyrighted to the account holder unless otherwise stated.
Reuse of Content: STYLOGRAPHIC DESIGN reserves the right to reuse and repurpose content we create (unless the client holds ownership – for example, client-provided photography and video) for other clients and projects. All graphic design templates (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) are owned by STYLOGRAPHIC DESIGN and are not transferable to clients unless otherwise agreed.
User Conditions
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs): As a reseller with STYLOGRAPHIC DESIGN, we are willing to sign NDAs.
Liability: STYLOGRAPHIC DESIGN is not liable for any unauthorized disclosure of information related to our work on clients' social media handles.
Payment Terms: As a user, you must adhere to our payment terms. Regardless of whether you want to stop immediately, you are required to pay via Direct Debit in advance for the work.
Personal Data
Data Protection Compliance: STYLOGRAPHIC DESIGN complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant data protection laws. Clients agree that STYLOGRAPHIC DESIGN may store their names and other details obtained through communications for internal use and to facilitate our services.
Data Handling: All client data is handled in accordance with our current privacy policy. Sensitive information—such as social media login credentials—is encrypted and stored securely. STYLOGRAPHIC DESIGN is not responsible for sensitive information sent via unsecured channels like email.
Data Transmission: We recommend using secure tools when transmitting passwords. All sensitive information is securely deleted upon termination of services, though contact information may be retained for future marketing purposes.
Paid Advertising Services
Performance Disclaimer: STYLOGRAPHIC DESIGN offers paid advertising services on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. While we strive to generate leads, followers, sign-ups, and sales, we cannot guarantee specific results from any paid advertising campaign. We encourage clients to collaborate closely with their account manager to maximize the effectiveness of advertising strategies and to regularly review campaign performance. This service is an additional extra and will not include budgets and marketing fees.
Communication
Response Time: STYLOGRAPHIC DESIGN aims to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours on weekdays. During busy periods, response times may be longer. For urgent matters, please include 'urgent' or 'important' in your subject line, and we will prioritize these accordingly.
Liability: STYLOGRAPHIC DESIGN is not liable for damages or loss of earnings resulting from response times exceeding 48 hours. Clients retain ownership and responsibility for their social media accounts at all times.
Communication Channels: Our primary communication channel is email. While we may accommodate calls and messages via platforms like WhatsApp, official correspondence should be directed to info@stylographic.design or your dedicated account manager's email. We cannot guarantee timely responses to communications sent through other channels.
Client Responsibilities
Account Monitoring: Clients are responsible for monitoring comments and messages on their accounts. Depending on the service plan, we may respond to client comments; however, questions we cannot answer will be left for the client to address.
Information Updates: It is the client's responsibility to respond promptly to our communications and to inform us of any changes in their offerings that may impact our content.
Managing Accounts
Account Maintenance: STYLOGRAPHIC DESIGN accepts no responsibility for the loss of data, followers, engagement, or account status. Clients are responsible for ensuring their accounts are well-maintained, including keeping account information up-to-date and securing their accounts.
Account Suspension: We are not liable if a client's account is temporarily or permanently suspended. Our role is exclusively content creation and posting; account security and compliance with platform policies are the client's responsibility.
Content
Accuracy: We strive for accuracy in all content but cannot be held liable for unintentional errors. Clients must review and approve content before publication where necessary.
